The National Aeronautics and Space Administration announces the opportunity to apply for the position of Astronaut Candidate to support the International Space Station Program.
Persons from both the civilian sector and the military services will be considered. All positions are located at the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, and will involve a training and evaluation program lasting approximately 2 years.

NOTE: The medical standards for height and vision have recently changed. Certain visual acuity corrective surgeries are now permitted. The new standards are listed in the requirements for the Program.
